Brain Wellness: Cognitive Performance is a 6-month study exploring how a brain health supplement impacts cognitive performance, compared to a placebo, using assessments and wearable data. Participants take 2 capsules each morning (supplement or placebo, randomly assigned and shipped), check in for about a minute a day, and complete short cognitive assessments at month 3 and month 6. Along the way they see their own memory and problem solving, plus sleep, HRV, and resting heart rate. Completing the study with at least 80% compliance earns a $300 gift card.
